Suit Saying UBS Supports Hamas Stays Mostly Intact

Law360, New York (September 28, 2009, 5:49 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has largely refused to dismiss claims accusing UBS AG of helping support Hamas, in a suit filed by the family of a man killed in a 2004 bus bombing in Israel committed by the organization.
