Law360, New York (September 29, 2009, 6:26 PM ET) -- An Ohio appeals court has upheld the dismissal of toxic tort claims against Citrus and Allied Essences Ltd. and Polarome International Inc. in a workplace exposure case over the butter-flavoring chemical diacetyl.
