Govs. Call For Strong Biologic Data Protection

Law360, New York (September 30, 2009, 12:08 PM EDT) -- Governors from across the U.S. are urging congressional leaders to give makers of pioneer biologic drugs a full 12 years of nonpatent data exclusivity, despite pressure from the White House and others to cut proposed exclusivity protections by almost half.
