Saxon Sues Panasonic Over Communications Patents

Law360, New York (September 30, 2009, 3:29 PM EDT) -- Saxon Innovations LLC has accused a number of prominent electronics companies — including Panasonic Corp., Kyocera Corp. and Sanyo Electric Co. — of infringing four patents related to communications technology.

Texas-based Saxon filed a second amended complaint Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, alleging violations of four of its patents issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in 1996 and 1997.
