Oneworld Alliance Venture Hits EU Turbulence

Law360, New York (October 2, 2009, 12:11 PM EDT) -- The European Commission has notified certain members of the Oneworld airline alliance that their proposed collaboration on transatlantic passenger air transport services could be considered a breach of European Union rules on restrictive business practices.
