Bankruptcy Partner Returns To Munger Tolles & Olson

Law360, New York (October 6, 2009, 5:55 PM EDT) -- After spending two years at a Connecticut investment firm, senior bankruptcy lawyer Thomas B. Walper has rejoined his former firm Munger Tolles & Olson LLP.

The firm on Friday announced the return of Walper, who had been a partner at the firm for 16 years before becoming head of corporate restructuring at Plainfield Asset Management in Greenwich, Conn.
