High Court Seeks SG Input In Mazda Preemption Case

Law360, New York (October 5, 2009, 7:14 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has asked the solicitor general to weigh in on whether federal law preempts a lawsuit brought against Mazda Motor of America Inc. after a woman wearing a lap-only seat belt was killed in a collision.
