Law360, New York (October 06, 2009, 3:48 PM ET) -- Eolas Technologies Inc. has hit nearly two dozen companies — including PepsiCo. Inc., YouTube LLC, Amazon.com and Blockbuster Inc. — with a patent infringement suit over interactive Web site technology.
The complaint, filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, claims a wide range of companies are infringing two of Texas-based Eolas’ “groundbreaking” patents.
The suit involves U.S. Patent Numbers 5,838,906 and 7,599,985.
