Law360, New York (October 07, 2009, 2:15 PM ET) -- Viasystems Group Inc. and Merix Corp. will merge to become the largest publicly traded printed circuit board manufacturer, with an expected revenue of $840 million, the companies said Wednesday.
The new company will have 13,000 employees and an extensive manufacturing capacity in the United States and China, the companies said.
