2 Indian Cos. Selling Lined Paper Below Value: DOC

Law360, New York (October 7, 2009, 6:03 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued the preliminary results of an anti-dumping review of lined paper imports from India and concluded that two companies are selling their products in the U.S. for less than their normal value.

Navneet Publications Ltd. and Blue Bird India Ltd. made U.S. sales below normal value between September 2007 and August 2008, Commerce said in a Federal Register notice Wednesday.
