Law360, New York (October 31, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- A physician-owned specialty hospital is suing a slew of insurance providers and rival medical facilities, alleging they conspired to exclude it as a participating provider in health care insurance plans in an effort to eliminate competition.
The fight has been ongoing since April 2005, but a hospital association that isn’t a party to the lawsuit filed a request for a protective order Monday in relation to the case.
