Telecom Co. Asks To Join Antitrust Suit Against AT&T

Law360, New York (October 8, 2009, 3:05 PM EDT) -- Prepaid phone service provider dPi Teleconnect LLC wants to join a group of small telephone carriers that filed an antitrust suit accusing AT&T Inc. of implementing a predatory pricing program the plaintiffs say will put them out of business.

DPi filed its motion for leave to intervene as a plaintiff with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas on Wednesday.
