Law360, New York (October 08, 2009, 1:06 PM ET) -- A New York Supreme Court judge has bounced a second suit filed by former CBS anchor Dan Rather over his controversial firing on the heels of an appellate court tossing out his original $70 million breach of contract claim.
On Tuesday, New York Supreme Court Justice Ira Gammerman sided with the defense in its motion to dismiss, throwing out a second suit against CBS Corp. CEO Leslie Moonves and former CBS News President Andrew Heyward.
