Indian Harbor Never Breached Contract: 1st Circ.

Law360, New York (October 9, 2009, 2:27 PM EDT) -- A district court was correct in ruling that Medical Mutual Insurance Co. of Maine cannot recover on a directors and officers liability insurance policy for claims made against the company, a federal appeals panel has decided.
