Law360, New York (October 09, 2009, 2:11 PM ET) -- Online News Link LLC has slapped Apple Inc. and a number of Internet news providers including Dow Jones & Co. Inc. and Forbes Media LLC with allegations of patent infringement related to a system for distributing and processing information.
The California-based Online News Link filed its complaint against Apple, Dow Jones, Forbes, Investor's Business Daily Inc., TheStreet.com Inc., Morningstar Inc., A.H. Belo Corp. and The Dallas Morning News Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Thursday.
