Baker & Hostetler Fights NYC Bar Over Unpaid Tab

Law360, New York (October 12, 2009, 5:11 PM EDT) -- Baker & Hostetler LLP has brought litigation alleging the owner of a posh New York City bar and restaurant once known as Buddha Bar owes it more than $300,000 for trademark-related work.

In a motion for summary judgment in lieu of a complaint, Baker & Hostetler alleged that Little Rest Twelve Inc. — the owner of Ajna Bar, formerly known as Buddha Bar — had failed to pay invoices for legal services provided between February and March 2009.
