Belkin, CSIRO Amend Settlement In Wi-Fi Patent Spat

Law360, New York (October 13, 2009, 12:38 PM EDT) -- Belkin Corp. and Australia's Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization have revised the settlement in their long-running suit over a wireless local area network patent owned by the Australian national research agency, definitively resolving the dispute.

The parties agreed to “settle, adjust, compromise” and dismiss all their claims and counterclaims with prejudice in a motion lodged Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
