Lehman Seeks First Data Docs In Swap Agreement Spat

Law360, New York (October 14, 2009, 5:29 PM EDT) -- Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. is asking a court to order payment processing company First Data Corp. to produce information about a terminated interest rate swap agreement between the two companies, under which Lehman claims it is owed more than the $14 million First Data has paid.
