Employment Woes Keep Corp. Counsel Up At Night

Law360, New York (October 14, 2009, 10:27 PM EDT) -- For the sixth consecutive year, labor and employment disputes topped the list of legal worries for U.S. corporate counsel, according to Fulbright & Jaworski LLP's 2009 Litigation Trends Survey.

Forty percent of U.S. respondents to the survey checked off labor and employment as the type of legal dispute that most concerned their companies. U.K. respondents were most concerned with contract disputes.
