Insurer Fights Westfield's Demands For Mall Payout

Law360, New York (October 14, 2009, 3:46 PM EDT) -- Lexington Insurance Co. is seeking to avoid an insurance payout to mall operator Westfield LLC in connection with a faulty parking garage and expansion wing at a Maryland mall by asking a federal judge to declare that Westfield's losses are not covered under its policy.
