Verizon Called To Account For Alleged Lewd Acts

Law360, New York (November 2, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Verizon operator has hit the telephone giant with a lawsuit in which she alleges a male superior engaged in lewd behavior at work while donning a bra-and-panty set and heels.

Cheryll Harrell, an office supervisor at Verizon, filed suit in Manhattan Supreme Court on Thursday, detailing a series of lurid allegations against a former director of operations, Robert Esposito.

In the suit, Harrell claims that Esposito routinely harassed her and tried to force her to participate in various sexual escapades.
