Eli Lilly Receives Subpoena Over Zyprexa

Law360, New York (November 3, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Eli Lilly & Co. has been served with a subpoena by the California attorney general’s office requesting more information on the pharmaceutical company’s antipsychotic drug Zyprexa.

The company said Friday that it received the subpoena in September, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The attorney general requested information related to the company’s marketing and sale of Zyprexa, and its status on the state’s formulary.
