Law360, New York (October 20, 2009, 6:35 PM ET) -- The plaintiffs in multidistrict legislation that accuses the nation's top banks of bilking consumers with egregious overdraft fees are seeking to add more meat to their allegations.
The plaintiffs in cases against Bank of America NA, Wachovia Bank NA, US Bancorp and Citibank NA asked the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida for leave to amend their class action complaints on Friday to add more specifics to their allegations in the suits.
