Fund's Fraud Suit Over Dynex Bonds Narrowed In Scope

Law360, New York (October 21, 2009, 4:05 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has allowed a securities fraud lawsuit filed by a union pension fund against Dynex Capital Inc. over mortgage-backed bonds to continue, though he has narrowed the scope of the plaintiffs' factual claims.
