Time Warner Worker Wins Bid To Amend FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (October 23, 2009, 6:28 PM EDT) -- The lead plaintiff in a putative class action accusing Time Warner Inc. of violating federal and state labor laws by failing to pay employees proper regular and overtime wages has won his bid for leave to amend his previously dismissed complaint.

Judge William Q. Hayes of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California ruled Wednesday that Sean Harding's proposed amended complaint does not subject Time Warner to undue prejudice and gave Harding 20 days to file his revamped accusations.
