Symantec, StorageCraft End IP Source Code Feud

Law360, New York (October 23, 2009, 6:47 PM EDT) -- Software companies Symantec Corp. and StorageCraft Technology Corp. have settled two lawsuits accusing each other of stealing trade secrets, a dispute that began after StorageCraft entered into a license agreement with a company that Symantec later bought for $150 million.

The attorneys for both Symantec and StorageCraft asked a judge to dismiss the two consolidated actions with prejudice on Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.
