Palm Lashes Out At WIAV Over Wireless Patents

Law360, New York (October 27, 2009, 2:08 PM EDT) -- Palm Inc. has hit back at WIAV Networks LLC, which sued dozens of electronics companies in July for infringing two patents related to wireless technology, saying one of WIAV's patents should be declared unenforceable due to inequitable conduct.

Palm filed its answer to WIAV's amended complaint on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, joining several other companies that have responded to WIAV's allegations this month.
