Cleantech Leaders Express Support For Climate Bill

Law360, New York (October 27, 2009, 6:07 PM EDT) -- Clean technology industry leaders overwhelmingly believe a climate bill will help the U.S. economy, but they are skeptical that anything will pass in the near term, according to a survey released Tuesday by Cooley Godward Kronish LLP.

According to the survey of cleantech entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and other industry professionals, 80 percent of respondents said that if legislation did pass, it would ultimately help rather than hinder the U.S. economy.
