ITC To Review Dumping Order On Chinese Paint Brushes

Law360, New York (October 28, 2009, 2:16 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission is asking domestic and foreign paint brush producers and importers to respond to questionnaires as part of a scheduled five-year review on anti-dumping duties imposed on paint brushes from China.

The commission published a notice Monday announcing it would review the duties to determine whether “revocation of the anti-dumping duty order ... would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury” in the domestic paint brush market.
