Fulbright Lures IP Lawyer From Merchant & Gould

Law360, New York (October 28, 2009, 5:33 PM EDT) -- Fulbright & Jaworski LLP has landed an intellectual property partner for its Minneapolis office who cited the firm's large international presence and its deep litigation history as among the reasons for making the move.

Erik Swenson began working for Fulbright on Sept. 9, but the firm did not announce the hire until Tuesday. He made the jump from IP boutique Merchant & Gould PC, where he had started his legal career about 11 years ago.
