Adams & Reese Subpoena Quashed In Conflict Suit

Law360, New York (October 28, 2009, 3:45 PM ET) -- A magistrate judge has ruled that Adams & Reese LLP, embroiled in a conflict of interest case brought by Asset Funding Group LLC over an asset sale in the bankruptcy of Evans Industries LLC, cannot depose an erstwhile insurance broker who now manages the reorganized maker of promotional accessories.
