FLSA Claims Tossed In Suit Against American Mortgage

Law360, New York (October 28, 2009, 4:16 PM EDT) -- Finding that the plaintiff failed to state a claim for relief, a judge has tossed most of a proposed class action Fair Labor Standards Act suit against American Mortgage Express Corp.

Judge Marilyn Hall Patel of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California ruled Monday that a complaint former American Mortgage employee Marshall Field filed in April did not plead sufficient facts to support his FLSA claims.
