Dead Dorsey Atty's Accomplice Cops To Insider Trading

Law360, New York (October 28, 2009, 7:39 PM EDT) -- Stanko J. Grmovsek, the alleged accomplice of a former mergers and acquisitions partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP who recently committed suicide, reportedly has admitted to his role in an insider trading scheme that spanned 14 years.

Grmovsek pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit securities fraud by insider trading at a hearing in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Tuesday, according to news reports.
