Law360, New York (October 29, 2009, 3:41 PM ET) -- Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott LLC has announced the hiring of utilities and telecommunications attorneys Charles Zdebski, Matthew Kirsner, Raymond Kowalski and Eric Schwalb from Troutman Sanders LLP, as well as the creation of a new office in Richmond, Va.
Zdebski and Kirsner were partners at Troutman Sanders, Kowalski was of counsel, and Schwalb was a senior associate, Eckert Seamans said in a statement Thursday.
