Law360, New York (October 29, 2009, 2:24 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey subcontractor representative has pleaded guilty to participating in a kickback scheme involving a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Superfund site in the state, the U.S. Department of Justice has said.

James E.
