Philly Papers' Ch. 11 Sparks 1st Amendment Battle

Law360, New York (October 30, 2009, 12:43 PM ET) -- A charter schools company that accuses the Philadelphia Inquirer of defamation is pressing its fight against the paper's bankrupt parent in a bankruptcy appeal, arguing an injunction blocking the paper from getting details about the company via Pennsylvania’s Right to Know Law is enforceable.
