Massey Unit Buries Hatchet In Age Bias Suit

Law360, New York (October 30, 2009, 4:10 PM EDT) -- A unit of Massey Energy Co. has settled a class action over age bias claims, a deal that includes a group of unionized miners the company has separately been ordered to rehire after allegedly discriminating against them on the basis of their union status.
