Law360, New York (November 03, 2009, 3:51 PM ET) -- Julia Huston, an intellectual property powerhouse who helped overhaul a Massachusetts trademark law, has decided to leave her Boston boutique to chair the trademark and copyright practice group at Foley Hoag LLP.
Foley Hoag announced on Friday that Huston will join the firm in mid-November. The new partner will leave behind her post as chair of the trademark practice group at Sunstein Kann Murphy & Timbers LLP.
