Ending Russia's Long Road To The WTO

Law360, New York (November 19, 2009, 4:38 PM ET) -- Russia's leaders have insisted that the country intends to join the World Trade Organization soon, drawing to a close an accession process that has dragged on for 16 years. Making that happen will mean ironing out some persistent issues between Russia and its trading partners, experts said, but should benefit both sides in the long run.
