Spanish Steel Co. Loses Suit To Nix Dumping Duties

Law360, New York (November 2, 2009, 1:18 PM EST) -- Spanish steel manufacturer Sidenor Industrial SL has lost its challenge of anti-dumping duties assessed by the International Trade Administration on stainless steel bars imported from Spain.

Judge Evan D. Wallach of the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a sealed opinion Friday denying the steel exporter's motion for judgment on the agency record.
