EPA Settles Oil Waste CERCLA Suit For $1.7M

Law360, New York (November 02, 2009, 1:08 PM ET) -- Several defendants including cities in Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Massachusetts have agreed to pay a total of $1.7 million to reimburse the U.S. government for cleanup related to a 41-acre oil waste Superfund site in New Hampshire.
