Blue Cross Montana Seeks To Merge Car Crash Suits

Law360, New York (November 02, 2009, 3:10 PM ET) -- Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana Inc. has asked a federal court to consolidate three lawsuits accusing the health insurer of delaying or failing to pay benefits to car accident victims by relying on exclusions ruled invalid by Montana's commissioner of insurance.
