Microsoft Loses 2nd Bid To Nullify WebXchange Patents

Law360, New York (November 2, 2009, 6:59 PM EST) -- A federal judge has rejected a second attempt by Microsoft Corp. to invalidate three network services technology patents asserted by WebXchange Inc. against Microsoft software clients, concluding that no controversy exists between the technology giant and WebXchange.
