Sanofi, Bristol-Myers Try To Quash Apotex Subpoenas

Law360, New York (November 3, 2009, 5:51 PM EST) -- Calling the inquiries “irrelevant and inappropriate,” Sanofi-Aventis SA and Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. have sought to snuff out six subpoenas issued by generic-drug maker Apotex Inc. in connection with settlement amount determinations in a patent infringement dispute over blockbuster blood thinner Plavix.
