KPT Waives Hague Convention Rights In Drywall MDL

Law360, New York (November 03, 2009, 2:40 PM ET) -- Plaintiffs in multidistrict litigation over Chinese-made drywall have amended their complaint to narrow the named defendants to affiliates of manufacturer Knauf Plasterboard Tianjin Co. Ltd., which has agreed to waive its Hague Convention rights if the plaintiffs submit one consolidated omnibus class action complaint.
