Law360, New York (November 03, 2009, 7:17 PM ET) -- DLA Piper has given its corporate and securities practice a major boost with the addition of a standout transactional lawyer from Baker & McKenzie LLP’s senior ranks.

Anthony Williams joins DLA Piper as a partner in the New York office, bringing a roster of clients as well as decades of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate transactions to the practice, the firm announced Tuesday.
