Patent Holder Pulls Microsoft To Texas For IP Dispute

Law360, New York (November 4, 2009, 6:05 PM EST) -- Microsoft Corp.'s third-party claims in an intellectual property suit between Web management company Quinstreet Inc. and patent holder Parallel Networks LLC have been transferred to a Texas federal court after months of legal wrangling over proper venue.
