Mont. High Court Upholds Limit On Workers’ Comp

Law360, New York (November 04, 2009, 5:59 PM ET) -- Montana’s highest court has come out in favor of a state law that lets insurers discontinue compensation payments to individuals left permanently disabled from a work-related injury by the time they are able to collect Social Security retirement benefits.
