10th Circ. Grants Attys' Fees To Qwest In Contract Suit

Law360, New York (November 4, 2009, 6:51 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has directed DMA International Inc. to pay the attorneys' fees of Qwest Communications International Inc. in a lawsuit over a contract dispute, finding that DMA unnecessarily forced Qwest to defend an arbitration ruling over a $5.4 million bill for DMA's services.
