Law360, New York (November 04, 2009, 6:51 PM ET) -- The daughter of jazz composer William J. Tennyson Jr. has lost a bid for a restraining order to stop several music organizations — including the American Society of Composers, Authors & Publishers — from benefiting from her father's work.
Judge Mary S. Scriven of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida denied Tanya Tennyson's bid for a restraining order on Wednesday, finding she had failed to support the allegations in her complaint against ASCAP and others.
